BADUCCI Consult, a.s. is a joint stock company established in May of 1999. It provides services in the area of economic and accounting consultancy, tax optimization and international transactions. In addition to the broad spectrum of consultancy activities, the company also handles external accounting for its clients. Until the end of 2003, the company also provided legal services in the areas of commercial, civil and labor law. The company carried out and provided consultancy for various clients in the Slovak Republic and the EU countries, mainly in the areas of commercial matters, international acquisitions, the capital market and investments and divestments of companies in the Slovak Republic, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, securities, unfair competition and protection of fair economic competition, due diligence, transaction of related parties, intellectual property, environmental and loan, secured transactions, letters of credit, bank guarantees, bills of exchange and checks.

In accordance with § 12 of Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on advocacy, from 1st January 2004, BADUCCI Consult no longer carries out these activities; the exclusive authority for providing legal consultancy belongs to BADUCCI Legal, s.r.o.
