BADUCCI Legal, s. r. o. (hereinafter “BADUCCI Legal” or “Company” or “Law Office”) was established 13 January 2004 in accordance with Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on advocacy and on amendments and supplements to Act No. 455/1991 Coll. as amended, which overrode Act No. 132/1990 Coll. BADUCCI Legal is a Law Office providing effective legal assistance to its clients. The experience of the attorneys and other employees of the office such as law clerks and apprentices did not arise as of recordation into the Commercial Registry, but was formed over several years during the activities of the office’s attorneys at BADUCCI Consult a. s. in other companies and law offices.

The BADUCCI Legal Law Office linked up with the vast experience of BADUCCI Consult, a. s. not only by gradually taking over all the clients of the joint stock company, but also with its personnel factor. Currently, in addition to the attorneys, BADUCCI Legal has another 7 lawyers, 3 student apprentices and 8 administrative employees ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

BADUCCI Legal provides legal assistance without language barriers. Despite the fact that the attorneys are Slovak, English and German are regularly used at meetings with clients and for the creation of legal opinions, contracts and filings. BADUCCI Legal can offer clients long years of experience with legal assistance in relations with the Slovak legal system and its state institutions.
