In accordance with Article 44 of the Rules of Attorney Conduct issued by the Slovak Bar Association and by which BADUCCI Legal, s. r. o. is bound, the Law Office cannot obtain clients by promoting its own cases. Any type of presenting clients and providing information about such clients on a web site available for the general public is an unacceptable advertisement of an attorney’s services.

In this respect, we are authorized to provide information about our clients strictly in the format set forth and exclusively with the prior, written approval of each client, which client must be notified in advance of the party designated to receive the information.
