BADUCCI Legal, s.r.o. is a Slovak law firm with long tradition based on mutual trust with clients that forms the basis of successful cooperation. The company’s head office is located in historical centre of Bratislava, in the building of the Carlton Savoy Hotel in Mostová street. The law firm was set up in 2004 as a result of new legislative rules introduced by the Act on the Legal Profession even though the history of providing legal services by its partners goes back to 2001.

We provide comprehensive legal service in multiple fields of law. We specialise in public procurement, pharmaceutical industry, health care, debt recovery, real estate development. Our lawyers and partners communicate fluently in English.

On daily basis, we advice our clients coming from the private sector, state administration, local government as well as natural persons. Our lawyers specialise in different fields of law, however, each of them is highly qualified expert in all areas of law.

In disputes, we mostly represent clients in commercial lawsuits, personal integrity disputes, debt recovery as well as administrative cases, in the review activity of courts against decisions or intervention of public administration authorities.

We provide advisory services in disputes concerning compensation of damages according to a separate regulation, incurred by illegal decisions of public administration authorities or inaccurate official procedure.

In the non-dispute agenda, we assist clients in drafting contracts, statements; we prepare legal opinions with proposed solutions of their problems. We represent clients at negotiations and propose our solutions of disputed issues to them.
